We have compiled a list of questions that we have been asked before ,  questions that have been asked frequently, and questions that will assist you to make better decisions. 

Please let us know by emailing us or contacting us, if you have additional questions or need more clarity on any of the questions below.


Question # 1: Are you open on Sundays?

Answer: We are only open on Sundays if you have made an appointment prior, or have made an arrangement with one of our associates.

 

Question # 2: I cannot make it to your dealership during your official hours, can we work something out?

Answer: We are always happy to assist you in making it as easy and convenient as possible, we can meet clients outside of our posted official hours only on a need basis and with a set appointment.

 

Question # 3: Can you help me get to your dealership, if i dont posses a vehicle currently?

Answer: We are always happy to assist clients with their transportation needs, however at times we may be busy, and could not have enough time to transport you to our dealership. Therefore we are limited to how far we can go in order to assist you with your transportation needs, and we do recommend using uber, lyft or curb if we are unable to provide you with transportation at the time of your need. Otherwise you may have to wait for us to get free in order for us to assist you with your transportation needs

 

Question # 4 : I will be flying in to come see the car, can you assist me with transportation from the airport to the dealership?

Answer: Usually we able to assist clients with transportation if they are flying in to one of the three metroplex airport (DFW, Love Field, Addison), please let us know ahead of time in order for us to assist you.

 

Question # 5: I cannot make it to your dealership during your official hours, can we work something out?

Answer: We are always happy to assist you in making it as easy and convenient as possible, we can meet clients outside of our posted official hours only on a need basis and with a set appointment.

 

Question # 6: I dont live in Texas, do I still pay taxes and registration fees?

Answer: for clients who are not Texas residents, we dont charge any fees at all. You will only pay the the price of the vehicle that we agree on and that is it, no additional cost at all.

 

Question # 7: What fees do i have to pay if i would like to register the car in Texas?

Answer: If you reside in Texas, and you would like to register the car in Texas as well then you must pay standard Texas vehicle tax rate (6.25%) and $280 documentation and registration fees on top of the vehicle price that we agree on.

 

'Question # 8: Are you able to ship the vehicle to me?

Answer: we are able to ship the vehicle to our clients front doors within 48 continental states of America. fees apply, please visit the shipping page for more details

 

Question # 9: Can you drop the car at my home after I purchase the vehicle?

Answer: Yes, we can drop off a vehicle to your front door within certain limits of DFW area only, please consulate with us prior.
